I am building a storage system for our basement. We are thinking of this as our garage – all the things that you would put in a garage minus the car; 64 junk drawers. The system is held up with a structure made from 2 by 4s. These built with mortise and tenon joints made with a Pantorouter. The drawers slide in dados in that structure. The drawers are fully removable so they can be carried around like a box full of stuff. This video is just building the structure and the drawers. The next video will be installing this structure and adding a French cleat wall for longer tools like shovels and rakes.
